Lighting or Accessory replacement, and small installation tasks

Replace an existing Light or Accessory in your property, one hour of replacements will cost £75.00 +VAT, (as a guide i would expect to be able to change 2x lighting accessories in 1x hour), but it depends on the quality of your pre-existing installation.

Minimum charge 1 hour and subsequent time charged in 15 minute increments.
Three hours will cost £225.00 +VAT. * Labour only

Fault Finding

Looking for an electrician in Norfolk for fault finding? We at Electric11 have you covered. Fault finding during normal working hours is charged at £75.00 +VAT per hour, as a guide most faults are resolved/ identified within 1.5-2hrs, * Labour only

EICR – Electrical Installation Condition Report

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is an in-depth inspection of your property’s electrical systems and installation. A legal requirement for all rented properties (sometimes referred to as a landlord certificate) also frequently requested by property purchasers solicitors and legal team to enable the sale. This is the cost of a 1 Bed Flat, additional Bedroom / shed / garage etc £25.00 +VAT per room.

24hr Emergency Call Out

Call out to investigate a fault in and around Attleborough, Wymondham or the immediate local area. Out of hours after 4.30pm before 8am Monday – Friday all day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Call out Rate is charged at £110.00 +VAT Per hour.

Minimum charge 1 hour and subsequent time charged in 15 minute increments.

Replacement Consumer Unit

Replacement Consumer Unit Replacement of your existing consumer unit (NR17), Up to 10 ways with a Duel RCD Consumer unit (count the number of existing fuses or switches you have) includes the required Certification and Notification with Building Control.

3 Bed House Rewire, The cost of rewiring a house is dependent on a number of factors including size, complexity of the installation you would like and the finish of the accessory’s you chose. As a guide a 3 bedroom house rewire for an empty property with basic white plastic accessories would cost £3500.00 +VAT – £4500.00 +VAT.

Supply to a home office, garage, or garden shed. The cost of the new supply is dependent on the amount of power you require. At the destination, the distance of cable required, the complexity of the cable route to get there and the amount of accessories (sockets & lights) you want installed. In our experience this is a good guide price for the projects we have completed to date. We can also install a data connection to your home office at the same time ensure you don’t have any connectivity issues.
